I am current tenant and have many complaints that may have not reached the Owner. I would love to have a conversation with you the OWNER Janet as to this agency you have running your apartment complex, as i agree with the most of the posts i have seen. I have tried to call and visit the office which is supposed to be open during the week however any time i have tried, which has been several times because i do not get return calls, but always no one answers the doors before 5pm - during the week. In addition, i used to Manage 116 units myself, and do not agree that the Agency you have running your complex. Which is unfortunate as now I maybe be taking it above them as the maintenance man has acknowledged the problem of Bugs & Mold within the building but blames it on other tenants. There are some serious issues that need to be addressed and since i have not yet had any help with the bug issues, Health Inspectors may need to be contacted.
