Lived here for 3 years now and here is the real story. Most tenants in the building that do not follow the rules- in fact some of my neighbors openly brag that they have had many evictions over the years. It's almost impossible to get a bad tenant removed even though they are causing a huge problem with noise and music over and beyond what is acceptable.
Biggest problem in this complex, believe it or not, are the good tenants because they refuse to speak up when there is a major, major problem.
A lot of military live here and drinking and noise and loud cars roaring in and out all hours of the night on the weekends. I love the military, but I'm sorry this is the truth. And if you go to politely ask them to tone it down - they will only get louder.
Then to make matters worse.they raise the rent very high every year after your lease has expired - sometimes over 100 dollars a month increase.
Too many dogs in this complex and not only do you hear barking at all hours, but you cannot walk the grounds without being barked at and harassed by people's dogs. And again, management won't do a thing about it.
I don't recommend living here at all because they have rented to too many bad people and don't have any control over them. If you do decide to live here, you are going to have a lot of problems - I can guarantee that.
