Simply Irresistible

Amazing integrity, which is hard to come by. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday in November. It just so happened that the power went out the day I placed my order, so it was taken by hand. I paid the deposit and even received a follow up call as I had called before going in. When I went in to pick up my cake, I was told no order was placed and no cake was made. The manager or baker stayed late to make my cake and even delivered it for my daughter's 4th birthday. She went above and beyond and also refunded my money and gifted me with a generous gift card. I will give them a second chance. Mistakes happen.
