Having the unexpected responsibility of arranging my father's funeral was not something I was prepared to manage. From the moment I walked into the Jay Chapel I felt as though I was being supported by family. Les is patient, kind, a good listener and made the whole process so much better than I could have imagined. I had sticker shock, in a good way. The prices were so much more reasonable than I had expected and Les was quick to help me make money saving decisions- not what I was expecting based on other's experiences at other funeral establishments. Their follow through has been amazing and if Les was not available, Liz was. They are very busy but always made time for my family. My husband and I are now doing our pre-arrangements through Jay Chapel because we know that we and our loved ones will be treated with dignity and respect.
