Very unprofessional. Give you a time for your delivery and are over 2 hours late, say they will call back never do. Once you give them the money seems like they are in no rush to complete their end of the deal. Than you can't get your money back if you don't want the merchandise anymore. I would not I mean I would not recommend this place what so ever.

Horrible customer service repair techs schedule appointments and don't call back and never show staff just lies and doesn't follow through Nathan is the repair tech that never shows up.

Regardless of all these bad reviews I've never had an issue there every time I've gone in there they've been cool with me they've helped me & they've given me what I need. The reason I have used them more than once is months ago I paid for a fridge and then realized nothing was wrong with mine it was the outlet & even no they said no money back they worked with me to give my deposit back these guys give good service...
