Hawthorne Smile Spa

I came here to bring my son with special needs because another parent recommended this place but I hated it. Before making an appointment I gave the receptionist a heads up of how my son was and she assured me everything would go smooth. When he was taken to get the x-rays the assistants were nice (that was the only good thing) and very comprehensive. But when the doctor came in, it was a completely different story. He had no patience and wanted to sleep my son. I asked him if there was any other way he could do the procedures and he said no that the only way was to sleep him and I refused. I thought this was very unprofessional especially because they knew he was a child with special needs and they just did not want to have a hard time. This was my experience and hope it helps others
