Thanks DeLinda for the hospitality today. Nothing like a good cup of tea with a good friend and the naturopath that was shopping too. I was amazed by your ability to respond to her questions through knowledge of products and brands. And as she said, it is a delight finding someone that really knows products versus having internet sites that sell products or inferior brands to gullible shoppers and may make outrageous claims to sell products. Your approach "this may help you" versus this will cure you is what has always impressed me from your working in Redwood City's Apple Health to present. I stopped in another store on my way out of town and now I understand what the naturopath was talking about. Business owners should not let 19 year college students working a summer job sell vitamins and supplements. I started questioning brands and ingredients and got a "deer in the headlights" stare.
