Had the horrible time getting my mothers return flight checked in. They informed her that they were unable to get her checked in with a seat that was comfortable for her during her long flight and that she would have to pick her seat once she got to the airport. Needless to say she had to pay for her seat. I called the airlines and they informed us that she could have gotten a "Free seat" if she would have logged in to check in 48 hours in advance. Will not be using their services ever again!
