I've been trying to get a refund on a lost cashier's check for over 3 months now. First, the manager told me I had to wait 30 days, then after 30 days he stated I needed to wait 90 days. Now that over 90 days have passed I've been trying to get my refund for over 4 days and nobody at the branch knows how to refund a cashiers check, they've been "trying" for 4 days now. SMH.
I mostly go to another B of A bank but sometimes this on is on my way. As a franchise business owner for 15 years B of A is my bank. But this location the last 2 time s would give me a hard time. First time the complained I have a po box on and not a physical address on my deposit slip, ok I gave the the address even though all my baking mailing is the po box. Next time 2 years later I come to make a deposit they complain that a check made to TOGO's (the DBA under my business name doesn't appear to them. I have been depositing checks printed Togo's in other banks with no problem. They said they will deposit this time but I need to speak with their business associates to update my file. OK fine, this is the last time Ill will bank here due to the incompetence and not working with a business customer. This is a large bank with no one there and only 1 teller. Now I know why! If you are a busy business owner don't waste your time here. They don't know what their doing and can't help you. What a waste of time that was.
