I called this place for an estimate after already successfully getting estimates from 3 other places. The lady on the phone told me that my vehicle did not exist and that she couldn't give me a quote. There was some confusion over my model, with letters like S and F getting mixed up, which is understandable. However her attitude was so ugly that I won't bother ever calling them back again. She sounded frustrated as soon as I started talking to her and the lack of patience and customer service was obvious through the whole phone call.
