United States Post Office

Terrible service for passport extension. I need to go in person with my daughter for her passport extension. When I arrived, there were about 40-50 people lined up at 8am. A post office lady shouted something like announcement and they accepted only 18 people for the morning. We need to go home without any chance to get appointment. My daughter sacrificed her morning class for nothing and I took half day off for nothing too. Why so difficult to make an extension? How many people wasted their time for nothing? The service should be reconsidered to avoid peoples valuable time. I hope the service people who are responsible to do the passports should read our review and do something better.
