1. Extremely slow service: 40+ minutes. No effort to save or respect customers' time. Ineffective allocation of expert staff. No place to sign-in.
2. No privacy: Anyone in waiting area can easily hear every word of the conversation. Huge risk of identify theft supported by the bank!
3. No courtesy: A "senior" staff mentioned they're doing a favor to customers (as opposed to providing customer service for which they are actually hired for). He was wearing a tie and not doing any work!
4. Not kid friendly esp if the service is expected to be that slow.
