Folsom Lake Toyota Service Center

I took my car in to be fixed under my warranty and the mechanic just said that it was my tires which it was not. I did need new tires so I agreed to have some installed, but I had to make an appointment to return two weeks later because they didn't have Prius tires in stock at the Toyota repair facility... When I showed up I was told that it would take an hour and a half but it took four hours which made me late for an appointment. I was quoted the price for the tires but it ended up being much higher because they aligned my wheels and charged for labor which is BS because everywhere else just rolls that into the cost of the tires! I've never before been to a place where they tell me it'll be $300 for new tires and then it comes out to $500! If I'd known it would be that much more I'd have just gone to one of the tires chain stores!
