Caliber Collision

NIGHTMARE!!! No one wants to be lied to. I was told 3 times the parts were ordered. My original estimate and completion date doubled, which i agreed to. After three weeks and they STILL did not even order my replacement parts, I sent a tow truck to get my vehicle. They spitefully threw most of my parts in the trunk, damaging the vehicle worse. When I called to get the missing PARTS, they sent ONE in an UBER to the wrong address. I'm still waiting for one part from them and they won't return my calls. Save yourself, go elsewhere
