The restaurant seemed very disorganized. The man who seated us took our drink orders, then we were asked again by another man, THEN asked again by the man who seated us. I received my food approximately 10-15 minutes before my boyfriend received his 2 rolls. I ordered sesame chicken - my chicken looked like it had deep frier residue on it and tasted like rubber. My boyfriend's sushi tasted like it was pre-made, kind of like dollar sushi usually is. We had to ask for refills and didn't receive them for 5-10 minutes (with only two other tables in the restaurant). When we told our waiter that we didn't really enjoy the food, a lady, who I assume is the manager, came out and asked us if we enjoyed our food. We both said no, but she didn't offer any sort of replacement meal or apology. Instead, she immediately handed us the bill.
TL;DR: food was bad and customer service was worse.
