Darshan Bakery & Cafe

Admittedly I'm a little biased, because well, my name is Darshan, but I can assure you for a fact the food here is delicious. The chocolate tart had the perfect crisp texture and creamy chocolate cream center. The apple tart had a very nice balance of sugar and cinnamon. Very good crust. The chocolate mousse slice was simply heavenly. The slice was perfectly silky and I savored every bite. If you're coming here, get the mousse slice!! I would highly recommend this bakery to anyone in the Encinitas area.
