Rude... Customer service is a thing of the past and so is just being nice to a customer. With the unlimited car wash program here, I had an issue with the car wash. Mentioned it to them and asked for a rewash. After being made out like I'm a complete idiot by the women at the counter, I was given a car wash code. Either do or don't offer that. But don't make customers who PAY EVERY MONTH for this service, feel like they need to go elsewhere! Gillies is a WAY better wash and better service too. Just be nice to your customers! Sheesh!
