Easy Party Rentals

Very helpful advise. The owner came home prior to the installation to measure the area and give his advice on which tent size was the correct for my wedding party. Nice clean job, really windy day but the tent went nowhere.

Horrible experience with renting a party tent from this businessman off of Pierson. Holiday season is here I am sure some of you will have gatherings at home and would like to rent tables and chairs and what not. 3 months ago the owner came to my house to supposedly measure the area where the party tent was going to be. To get the correct size. He said he didn't have to make any measurements, he gave me a size right away and a price. Went to his office and paid the total amount up front. November 18th the day before my event. When him and his workers came to put the tent up, he said he had thought wrong about the original tent size that I had need a bigger one. I was already not okay with how unprofessional he was with making last minute SIZE&PRICE changes. After debating on paying him $175 more. Unfortunately I paid it and was convienced to get the bigger tent. After 2/ 3 hours of building the tent. He then says he forgot to charge me for the side walls of the tent. Which was $35 more. He just kept raising the price I argued with him and told him. "Just cancel everything I dont want your business" he said fine but he wasn't going to give me the original $475 that I had paid up front just because he did come and the job was half ways done. I was so upset. Just went with it. I let him know It was the first and last time making business with him. He seemed fine with it and said he was okay with not having my business ever again. Like if he doesn't care. There are no other places near DHS that rent these supplies. Thats why he knows he will have customers. But I give him a big fat 0. I later told my aunt about my experience she told me 2 years ago he did the same thing for her daughters wedding. He charged them $100 dollors more than the original price just because there was a palm tree in the way. Share let your family and friends know, if they plan in renting from them. Be prepared for the worst customer service ever. And get ripped off like I did for $685.
