Sept 2017 - Still haven't received my refund yet!! 5/5/2017 - Having problems already! Nothing installed yet! They took my deposit and I financed the rest. They have every angle to abuse "customer service" towards a "paid" customer! The girl who sold the closets was very inexperienced so the closets were creating a fire hazard. They had to reschedule - after I already took off work and moved all my things out into the public hallway. They promised me the same installer will return because I live alone and don't want strange men in and out of my place. I called several times to make sure he was going to be my installer. They told me yes (several times). Then they said they would install between 2-4pm. By 4:30, no one had come or called. I called them. Someone finally came but with a different installer who was by himself!! That guy proceeded to tell me that my doors are not ready (after 2 weeks!) and wouldn't be installed. Then he proceeded to tell me he had to drive out to Simi Valley! The service desk told me that the original installer (I had requested several times) would be here in 30 minutes. The current installer told me that the initial installer would be here soon with a helper. Then he left without telling me. I'm waited over 30 minutes only to get a call saying that the initial guy won't be coming. So I yelled very loudly, "Why would you tell me and schedule him to be here several times and then not be here! Just get someone here now and get this thing installed and I will never order anything from you again!" They have yet to call back. Previously, I called them and confirmed last week, yesterday and today to make sure the initial installer guy was coming. Why didn't anyone call or come when they were supposed to? I took 2 days off from work now!! I can't afford that! I live in a one room apt and can't be moving things in and out of the public hallway! I takes me an hour and a half to move all that stuff. I also had ordered a Uhaul van to move furniture out. I scheduled friends to help! They took my deposit and I financed the rest.
