I wish I could give this supposedly White Glove company 0 stars but unfortunately Google won't let me. I spoke with Rhonda she was yelling over me treating me like I was a two year old putting me on hold for ever. It wasn't until I called back with the private number that I got a different customer service rep who again put me on hold and put me on the phone again with this run the woman who has horrible customer service skills. With that being said they pretended to come to my complex and according to them they took a picture of my complex. only to find out that that picture was taken off Google Maps it was a no-call no-show they can't even show up to your door and knock. They claimed to have left because there was no one home. when in fact we were in the pool the whole time nobody came to my door because obviously my door is right outside of where we were sitting for over 5 hours waiting for them. I'd also like to add that of my husband and two of his friends sat in front of the building for over 3 hours waiting on these incompetent why Club company to deliver. This place is just horrible if you're ordering furniture and they're going to ship it to this white glove company it's going to be at least a month wait or maybe you'll never receive it. I'm beyond disappointed that now my husband has to rent a U-Haul truck to go pick up my furniture that I've ordered for over 2 months ago. I like to also add that I did speak to Priscilla on Saturday and she was awesome and just the nicest. should definitely keep this girl in your customer service team. And get rid of that horrible Rhonda woman. I've also attached a picture below of my Google Maps picture of my complex and also the picture the supposedly men took when they "TRIED" to deliver supposedly them.

I ordered a couch through a third party distributor who used Innovative Delivery System to deliver the couch. IDS only delivers to my area two times a week, which is fine. I arranged for delivery the following week and requested a late afternoon delivery time. I was told I would get a call two days prior delivery to confirm the time slot. One day before delivery, I get a phone call/recording telling me I had a late morning delivery time. I called and rescheduled for the next week. I was told the routing manager schedules the route, and that IDS cannot guarantee that any time frame request will be taken into consideration. I asked if there was any way I could upgrade my delivery preference to pay more to get it delivered at the time that I need. They said no. I just started a new job and physically cannot be at the house for anything but a late afternoon delivery, so I put in a second request, hoping that it would go through. This week, one day before scheduled delivery I get a phone call/recording notification for an early morning delivery, which absolutely will not work. I am going to have to reschedule a third time and have no confirmation that the time frame will be acceptable. I am upset that they seem unwilling to work with me on the delivery and that I don't know until the day before that I have to reschedule it for the following week. I have to schedule a week in advance, but they can’t figure out the delivery time until the day before? Due to their delivery system and not being able to try same week redelivery, they will have delivered in my area four times and have not been able to work with me at all. My couch will have been in their warehouse now for almost a month, and they’ve been wasting my time.
