I usually don't write these things, but I just have to say that Garrett is the EPITOME of five-star service!!! He was very patient, helpful, AND thorough with helping me figure out my account details, (as well as helping me upgrade it once everything was figured out)... If you've ever spent time people watching inside of the cell phone store, you know that it takes the patience of a saint to do that job. This dude made what would have been a frustrating ordeal, into a great customer experience! I'll be sure to ask for him next time I have any questions. Thank you!
