Baskin-Robbins

Came here at 9pm on Fri night... line... which is expected because it is a Friday night... but 3 employees working with frowns and only 1 person helping customers while the other were frantically attempting to do early closing duties... taking the ice cream out of the freezers while we stood there... with a full hour before closing. The delight of coming to "31 flavors" is to see and pick from all the ice creams... was not pleased... my husband and I walked out... on our way to cold stone... won't be back to this Bonita location. I work too damn hard for money to give it away for poor service.
