Wish this luxury brand treated their customers better!! I have always loved what I bought here but it’s gone down hill a little and is making me shop other places.

This is such a disappointment. Customer service is horrible. People are neither friendly nor helpful. Would not give any recommendations or help out even when asked. Atmosphere in the store is very dull, no one is talking or smiling. Have been to another jewelry store right right before, and the difference is just striking. My purchase here left a sour taste in my mouth. Would never go back.
