Sloppy unattractive nails. The first time I came here my nails lifted in under 2 weeks. I came back today because my two usual places were busy. I called an hour before they closed for a full set. They told me to come in 20 minutes. I told the woman putting on the nails one was way off to the side, she said it could be corrected in the end. It wasn't and acrylic had to be applied to save it. When I told her the shape I wanted she laughed, now I know why. These nails do not look coffin shaped. I asked for matte, they told me any color could be made into matte. They didn't tell me the polish that makes the nails matte leaves them streaky and darkens the shade. Every nail is a different shape, the acrylic is very thick and the polish is as well, not a clean look. I had to point out the defects, in hopes of getting them looking decent, then at the end I accidently touched the polish and the technician complained to me about having to stay late and fix it and how they took me late. I called an hour before closing and was told to come 40minutes before closing, I didn't ask to be taken late I asked for a full set and they make it sound like they were doing me a favor. They charge a little less than the other places I go, but I'd easily pay much more for better service and nails that look uniform and attractive. I'm disappointed in the shape, the shade, the sloppy paint job. They didn't put anything on my cuticles....soo many reasons to never return. After complaining about being complained to when I ended up with such lousy looking nails, I was told to come back in 2 days and could get them fixed. I may just go elsewhere and have them removed and start over. I do not recommend coming here, a waste of time and money. **Update** I got these nails put on last Monday. Two started lifting on Saturday, hadn't even had them a full week!
I have been going to Good Nails for a few years and the service is always the best. Fiona is the best for acrylic nails and everyone there is always so friendly.
