Barcena Towing & Transport

Just stopped after the driver of truck #23 ran my wife and I off the road on our way home from grocery shopping. He had a car on his flatbed and was towing a silver minivan so the whole rolling land barge had to be over 50' long. The worst part is it was low speed and totally unnecessary. The driver acknowledged our honking and arm waving with a smirk. Here's a good idea: drive courteously when representing a company (especially when the name, truck # and phone number are painted on the sides). I'll avoid this tow company because of this.

This company responding quickly and decisively to a problem we had. They contacted the collision shop we were towed to and demanded that they follow through. I am impressed with their high level of customer service.
