Extremely dim lighting, and not enough dressing rooms. I stood in a dressing room line for 20 whole minutes. And the lights were so low I legitimately could not get a good look at the jacket I was going to buy. I ended up leaving with nothing because the lines for the dressing rooms and checkout were way too long.
