Zenplace is a scam. 24/h service is just some poor guy answering phone calls who has no idea RE: property you are interested in nor the availability status of the application. Regular official property management firms take $20 vs $50 for an application -it's their way to make $ to keep their website going. If you are ready to send all your private info & pay $50 for an application, go ahead. But you will have a very hard time trying to track it down or get any answers. Hope this helps.

They are communicative and very helpful- my rental search began a mere two weeks ago and I have actually signed my lease; my family and I will be moving in two short days.
