My fiance and I had been looking into engagement rings and we stopped by here. On black Friday of this past November 2018 we got a deal on 2 rings mine and my fiances a total about 950 dollars. We had them measured and within a week or so they told us they were ready. Well we picked it up and we didn't wear them because my fiance was still going to propose to me. December 12 was the day he proposed and I started wearing the ring. December 15 we were throwing a engagement party. I had the ring all day and everything was fine. Up until around 10pm my friend asked me let me see your ring. The daum diamond was gone!!! I was so sad and heartbroken I couldn't even believe how that would of happen. I was sitting the whole time and I looked everywhere and it was no where to be found. We go the next day Dec 16, 2018 and they said, "we well see what we can do. We will call you in a week." 3 weeks pasted and nothing. Finally we call and he answered okay come tomorrow the owner said and we agreed on 11-12 because that worked for us. We show up and the workers said he doesnt get gere until 2. So we just drove to sacramento from davis for no reason. We go again the next day and pretty much they couldn't do anything because apparently it was my fault. That I probably got stuck with something which obviously something that strong I would of felt. Well they said well fix and we will pay half and you pay other half and well call you in a week. A MONTH HAS PASSED, and no call. My fiance called again and said we have to pay an extra 200 for the ring. FIRST OF ALL HORRIBLE SERVICE. SECOND OF ALL THEY ARE THIEFS! As I was scrolling down the other reviews I am not the first person. Makes me sad that I should of taken their reviews more serious. Seriously save yourself the headache and buy from a good jeweler. This is clearly cheap jewelry. I will be contacting local news reporters so they can go ahead and tell the city not to shop here and help others avoid this type of scam again.
