Zara

If I could I would give this store a zero, no this COMPANY a zero. Not only does the Thousand Oaks location individually suck and have terrible customer service but the company over all is terrible!! The clothing quaulity is subpar to awful, the sizing sucks, and the are the worst ever when it comes return policy and refunds!!! This is why I don't stray from Nordstroms and target because: 1. The customer service is always amazing and 2. The return policy is amazing and you're never left optionless or throwing away your money on crappy product or credit to a crappy store. I can easily go my whole life without ever shopping at Zara again.
