One key to getting a good massage is communication. The massages provided are good, but don't be shy to mention if a particular area needs special attention. For example, mentioning I needed my right shoulder worked on (after trimming a tree at home), or specifying hard for my back, soft for my calves. In particular I've seen Cindy. She has pretty good English skills, along with a great massage, relieving my back tension from too much computer work, or stress. One thing I really like is the hot stone massage. The hot stones on oil can be very soothing, and definitely is a highlight.
