I recently had my 5-year anniversary practicing at Yogasita. I am a true fan and devotee of Yogasita and Susannah Bruder. Such a wonderful yoga experience every time. I always say you may not get what you're looking for or what you expect but the classes (every single one) will give you exactly what you need. You'll leave energized and rejuvenated.
There's an amazing community that's a part of Yogasita as well. Even when people who haven't been there in a while come back, they greet you with warmth and a smile and they'll always always be welcomed by Susannah and the whole class.
Besides Susannah's incredible knowledge of yoga, there's a positive spirit and good humor to everything about Susannah and Yogasita that embody everything yoga. You'll have time to actually learn yoga. And trust me, people will admire your body and spirit too. I've taken numerous immersions (3-5 day intensives) and they're always fabulous.
Run, don't walk to Yogasita as soon as you can (and don't forget to breathe). And by all means, smile and enjoy it!
