When you go to a restaurant, the service is a large percentage of the actual dining experience. Which is why this is receiving two stars. The food tasted fine. No complaints there. It's clear the chef and preparation staff are really on their game. The wait staff really doesn't seem to be though. Our waiter was not attentive to what he was doing at all. Whether it was huge delays in bringing items vital to our meal, then bringing half of what he was supposed to bring in the first place, then never bringing anything at all. When questioned, he basically said that he "got busy and had one of his co-workers bring what we needed." This would have been fine but the items never came. What he basically was implying was, " I don't have any real idea of how to do what I'm doing efficiently, so I'm going to rely on someone who clearly has their own workload to deal with and hope it gets to your table in a sensible amount of time." Overall, the atmosphere is great, the beer selection is even better. The service just killed the entire experience to the point where negatives outweigh the positive and redeeming factors. They lost our business.
