Buy a pair of jeans on sale same size as the ones I had on. Try them on two days later, they don't fit. Go to get them exchanged for a more appropriate size, they don't do refunds or exchanges for items on sale. No refunds, I can understand that.... but a simple exchange... Nope. Not shopping here for my work wear.
