Wingstop

Service is always a crap shoot. The food is always the best. Wingstop has the best wings and fries hands down. My only complaint is the service at this location. It is consistently hit or miss. However, my recent visit was surprisingly above average. Having placed an on line order, I arrived for pick up to madness. The place was too busy. Phone orders, pick up orders, and dine in orders like you wouldn't believe. After straightening out some confusion with my order I was on my way. When I got home I realized my order of potato salad was really bad. I returned it to the store. The employee on duty explained why it happened and immediatly gave me options to rectify the problem. The crew leader/manager appeared shortly thereafter and also was more than concerned about my complaint as well. He even remember my name through all the chaos of busy Saturday night. Those 2 employees single handly changed my opinion/experience into a positive one. Kudos to Tyler and Kenneth for their exceptional customer service.
