So I️ purchased a dress from Windsor online I️ never received the dress. I️ called customer service and was assisted by Angie and Pressly (not sure of her spelling) They were absolutely no help at all, Angie actually said “once it ships it’s out of our hands” terrible customer service and made no effort to help at all.
