I've been shopping from this florist for about 5 years or so and I've never been disappointed. I'm from San Diego and I always send flowers to my friends and family occasionally so I call them to help me and they always create a masterpiece! I ordered flowers from here for my sister's birthday. I requested red, yellow, and deep purple and paid extra to make sure there were no carnations. My sister emailed me to say that her flowers were yellow roses with pink carnations. When I called to complain, I said they promised satisfaction and I wasn't satisfied. I asked for a refund or for new flowers to be delivered that were what I requested in the first place. The woman refused to send new flowers and would only credit me $8, which was less than I had paid extra to make sure there were no carnations. Won't use this shop again!
