Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

Great sandwiches. Mediocre employees. Placed an order online, when I got there to pick it up, they asked my name, dropped my bag on the counter, and walked away. Didn’t offer a carrier for my drinks and didn’t say thank you. It almost felt like the online order inconvenienced them. When you order on the online system it requires you to select what kind of drink you want (not just the size) which is completely pointless because when you get there you have to fill your own cups. The whole point of ordering online is to save time; not hassle with getting drinks and drink carriers once you get there. I love their sandwiches but they need to take a look at their customer service model.
