The doctor is fabulous. Makes you feel very comfortable, is professional and thorough. His support staff on the other hand, are rude young women with very bad attitudes. Phone calls to set an appt (or for any reason) get placed on hold for 15 minutes or longer and sometimes they just leave you on hold and dont come back to the phone...unconcerned w/ the nature of your call. Messages are not delivered to the doctor in a timely manner (until the next day). Your urgencies are of no concern to them...namely support staff by the name of Maria is exceptionally rude. I plan to report her...if I can ever get her to deliver my message to have the doctor call me.
