Wells Fargo Bank

I felt so bad that I came to this place to get help from them. My credit card was damage, i did call to customer service to get the new one but they said that my card was some thing wrong in account. So they said go to banker to get help from them. I came to the bank and met the young girl. She looked so tired and her addtitude was so bad. I talked to her in english but sometimes i cannot hear her. Somehow she thought that i could not understand her and she called another banker come to translate for me. Why did she think that i did not know english? I felt so terrible to work with her. She was not really friendly to talk to me.
