I have not interacted with the tellers at this branch, but the business bank officer, the manager, and most of the people who answer the phone are rude and snotty and seem to prefer lying when the truth would work just as well. Business banking at this branch is a game of getting tricked out of fees and charges. If you call, they won't hesitate to tell you that the person you want to speak to is at lunch. If you call two hours later, they will tell you the same thing. Call again in another two hours, perhaps close to 5:00 p.m., and again the person is at lunch. I lost my entire $300 deposit after they told me to sign up right away to avoid fees based on a fund rotation that they would setup for me. When I was charged the fees, they told me that the fund rotation was not setup properly but that they would fix it and refund the fees. After hours and hours of sitting there, calling them, calling the Wells Fargo 800 business support, and 20 - 30 emails, my money was gone and they refused to refund it.
