I don't know why the rating is so poor. The ratings must have been from a long time ago because I had a GREAT time at Wells Fargo. I was promptly greeted at the door as I moved to the teller line. The line moved quickly enough. They seem to charge for checks now but that's nothing against this branch particularly. Also the teller lady who helped me thought I said 650 when I had both stated 600 and entered it into their little system. That is so minor that I am waiving it and letting it go.
I had a great experience with my personal banker Amina was quick to the point while asking about my credit and all that good stuff. She promptly offered me water or coffee which i initially declined. Amina did not waste any time with it when she could tell I wasn't interested in all that Jazz. She had a warm aura about her and she made good eye contact. Amina was able to reverse two out of four non - WF ATM charges and her manager Kelly took care of the other two after she asked him to look into the fee reversals on my behalf. It used to be that you had to know the manager personally in order for them to reverse a fee but I was pleasantly surprised that I was given no trouble at all. I got my $20 back from WF and that was that after not knowing anyone within that building. At the end of the transaction Amina walked me to the door and said her pleasantries. I complimented her on her excellent customer service as I left feeling WF feeling better about myself. Customer service can really boost someone's mood if done in the right way.
