Wells Fargo Bank

Came to exchange some foreign money yesterday but I missed the 4pm cut off and was told to return before 2pm the next day. Came back to make the change around noon and was told that it was the foreign money exchanger's day off. Very incompetent. Told to go to another bank, don't mind if I do.
