If your item you bring to check out doesn't have a UPC it can't be purchased. That's what I was told by a lazy employee who refused to get a price check for me. It was a $20 item, which I know is nothing to a big name like Walmart, but in the beginning it was smaller purchases like this that got them to where they are today. Super bad customer service. I will take my business to another retailer who may charge a bit more, but actually understands how important good customer service is. Very disappointed.
