Walmart Auto Care Centers

It's walmart. You can't have too high of expectations. However, don't waste your time trying to call the tire and lube department. They don't answer. And the person who does pick up in customer service is always going to be rude or tell you it's busy, which is BS on a weekday. I tried to call 4 times in a day and kept getting kicked back to customer service. The lady goes "I'm sorry they are extremely busy" so I just go down there and guess what - completely dead. Typical Walmart. It's sad that their customer service and their services in general have gotten so bad that we have relegated ourselves to saying "We should be used to it. It's Walmart"
