Used to be a decent walmart about 3 maybe 4 years ago, now it's not anything like it used to be. I had called in the afternoon to ask the money center about how and what kind of checks they process. First attempt calling operator was nice she transferred me, but when no one answered I kept being transferred back to the operator... in a total of five minutes (I was watching my phone at this point) I was transferred over 6 times. Mind you this is not the operators fault. So I figured I'd call later and I might get better luck. Again I call in the early evening and same thing, except this time the new operator didn't transfer me, she left me on hold! So I hung up and called back... again! This time a different operator had answered and was able to help me with my question which I am very thankful for, because I didn't want to drive a long distance for nothing. I can say that one thing I will note is they need MORE employees and some of them are lack with customer service skills. The first and last ladies I spoke with I commend them and appreciate their willingness to help a potential customer. But the younger woman that answered the phone should probably stock and not answer the phone at all, very rude.
