Walgreens at Felicita Parkway has the best pharmacy staff..they're personal, professional and provide stellar customer service. The store staff is pleasant, willing to help, making me aware of sales, or savings coupons. The services provided through their website...are innovative and really work..knowing the status of my refills without calling...having my RXs ready at the time I gave for pick up, makes my experience so much better. I called on a Sunday at 4:55 to say I forgot the shorter hours, the pharmacist left the pick up window open till I got there at 5:05, Walgreens provides the personal service of a private pharmacy..without the shorter hours, and limited/expensive merchandize.. Walgreen's is an exception...good job!
