Vineyard Apartments

I've lived in these apartments since I was a young child. Now as an adult I work as a community mental health case manager for housing. I have first hand experience with terrible property managers who refuse to address serious issues such as non-working AC or broken stoves and ovens. This is not the case with the Vineyard staff. I've never once had an issue that wasn't addressed quickly and effectively. The staff have always been friendly and approachable. The community and grounds are well maintained. The Vineyard has been a blessing to pet lovers such as myself. Not only are we able have our pets, but the staff are friendly with our animals going as far as to let my cat hitch a ride on their cart and provide them with company as they attend to their tasks on the grounds. I love living here.
