Horrible!!! The manager doesn't know anything about the machines, she was rude and unprofessional. With the exception of Patsy and Kathy, the employees really do not know anything about the products they attempt to sell. I felt like my experience there was from a cheap and poorly ran establishment, not from a company trying to sell sewing machines for $15,000. I will not purchase anything from the Torrance store! !
