I hate this store! Worst Customer Service EVER!!!! The associates have no idea what they are talking about. Customers are harassed with the constant question of "Are you ready to purchase?" Why the heck would I spend $840 on a cell phone without having all of my questions answered about it? Even when you make an appointment it still takes forever. Bring a snack, because you are going to need one. I have never been satisfied with any of the experiences that I have had at the YC mall store.
