What a great experience. First and most important, Ivy was exceptional. I brought in my ATT internet box to send back to ATT. She took care of it for me immediately. Most important, she had me take a pic of my shipping receipt. Turns out, ATT tends to lose these things and if you can't prove you shipped it, they will make you pay for it. And I did lose my receipt. So, kudos to Ivy, and her spotless store.
